Practice Areas/Experience: Mr. Mills divides his time between business transactions and commercial litigation with an emphasis on environmental and regulatory law. Mr. Mills' practice primarily involves the representation of clients in real estate, financial, and commercial transactions with particular emphasis on environmental matters. His practice includes transactional matters, as well as civil litigation in both administrative actions and state and federal court. Mr. Mills is the author of numerous articles in professional and trade publications and makes regular presentations to trade groups.

In addition, Mr. Walls represents clients charged with criminal offenses, such as DUIs, traffic offenses, misdemeanor and felony charges. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Walls served as staff attorney to the Honorable Philip C. Smith, Chief Judge for the State Court of Forsyth County. Mr. Walls joined the firm in 2006.
