Mr. Alioto represents clients throughout the United States, litigating in both state and federal courts. His practice primarily involves civil and commercial litigation, including the areas of personal injury, business/corporate law, landlord/tenant law, family law, and bankruptcy. Mr. Alioto also conducts transactional work involving many of these practice areas, including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney.

Mr. Alioto has extensive experience representing clients for various criminal matters, including an array of misdemeanor offenses such as DUI and other traffic violations. He also represents clients accused of various felonies, including drug possession/trafficking, aggravated assault/battery, burglary/robbery, and fraud.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Alioto worked as an associate attorney for an Atlanta law firm, where his practice encompassed cases primarily involving personal injury, bankruptcy, and criminal defense matters.
