Mr. Alioto represents clients throughout the United States, litigating in both state and federal courts. Justyn’s practice primarily involves civil and commercial litigation, including the areas of business/corporate law, contract law, landlord/tenant law, premises liability, and personal injury. Additionally, Mr. Alioto oversees certain transactional work for clients, including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney.

Justyn also devotes a significant amount of his legal practice to the gaming industry, particularly with respect to coin operated amusement machines. Mr. Alioto represents Georgia Lottery Corporation licensees in both the civil and regulatory arenas, litigating at the trial and appellate levels.

Further, Justyn has extensive experience representing clients for various criminal matters, including an array of misdemeanor offenses such as DUI and other traffic violations. Mr. Alioto also represents clients accused of various felonies, including drug possession/trafficking, aggravated assault/battery, burglary/robbery, and fraud.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Justyn worked as an associate attorney for an Atlanta law firm, where his practice encompassed cases primarily involving personal injury, bankruptcy, and criminal defense matters.
