Ms. Mills' practice covers a wide variety of legal matters, focusing on commercial transactional work for clients, including commercial real estate transactions, contract negotiations, and business formation. Ms. Mills also provides individuals with a range of estate planning needs, including drafting wills, powers of attorney and health care directives. Additionally, a portion of Ms. Mills' practice also involves civil and commercial litigation, in the areas of business/corporate law, contract law, and landlord/tenant law.
Ms. Mills received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law where she served as the Editor in Chief of the ABA Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Journal.
